Private, in-home childbirth education in South Jersey

This class is designed to equip you with knowledge so you can make informed decisions and leave your baby’s birth feeling empowered. This class is interactive and makes learning fun! I understand your time is valuable and I want this to be learning you look forward to.

This is a private class; you will get one-on-one education in the comfort of your home. We will meet twice, each session lasting 2 and a half hours. All materials are provided. This package also includes 3 follow up emails for support and questions leading up to the birth.

I believe everyone deserves access to supportive, evidence-based childbirth education - no matter their financial situation. To help make that possible, I offer a sliding scale for my classes. Please indicate your need on your contact form.

Birth + Baby Bundle

$350 for private class series. If you have fellow expecting parents and would like a class together, group rates are available.

This bundle covers A-Z! We'll spend time getting comfortable with what birth looks like, ways to cope with contractions, and the stages of labor. You'll learn optimal positions to achieve a physiologic birth and ways to prepare your body for this marathon.

Most classes stop the education right there. But the postpartum period (the time right after having a baby) is some of the most vulnerable and difficult times and I deep dive into ways to prepare yourself and your support network.

A la carte Classes

Already got your birth prep through your doula or hospital? My Fourth Trimester Class focuses solely on preparing for postpartum and newborn care. This one class session is a $200 investment lasting 3 hours. From swaddles to self-care, I've got you covered!

Maybe this is your second or third baby and you have the newborn thing down and you just want to focus on labor prep. Birth Basics is a 3 hour run down on how to prepare for and facilitate the labor process.

Planned Cesarean Section? I offer a virtual c-section prep course for $150. This preparation course will answer your questions and set you up for a smooth recovery. As a nurse in the operating room, I can provide in depth information on the experience and postpartum journey.

In addition to my RN title, I am a nationally certified passenger safety technician. I can inspect your car seat, educate you on installation and answer any related questions. If you would like to book this service, it is a $50 investment. If you have a minivan full, each additional car seat inspection is $25. If you would like to add this service to a class, the car seat fee is waived.

All classes are offered in-person in your home or virtually. In-person classes are strongly recommended for first time parents. Hands-on demonstrations for things like labor positions, swaddle techniques, and car seat installation allows for in depth learning.
