Here are a few of my favorite local pregnancy recommendations.

Doulas

While I prepare you for birth and postpartum ahead of time, a doula will be by your side for labor, birth, and sometimes even postpartum. I recommend a doula to every client. Their support during this vulnerable time is invaluable.

Lactation consultants

If you choose to breastfeed, it can be helpful to have someone evaluate and assist the breastfeeding process during the postpartum period. Some even do in-home visits.

Pelvic floor therapists

A pelvic floor therapist can help prepare your pelvic floor for birth, address pelvic pain during and after pregnancy and help with perineal or c-section scarring.
